Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied due to an evident manufacturing defect, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you. Refunds and credits are subject to authorization. Because our items are shipped from our international warehouse we only offer refunds and credits and not exchanges.
Please note: You will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Returns must be logged via email within 7 days of the item being delivered. Send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original labels and tags attached.
If your order has an evident manufacturing defect, please send an email with your order number, returned package number, reason for return and photos of the product.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that are not in original packaging, labels and tags cut off;
- Altered, damaged, refurbished or worn items;
- Wigs, weaves or closures of which the lace is damaged, torn or cut;
- Care and styling products and accessories;
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or credited.
Refunds and credits are subject to authorization. If your return request has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email or an email stating why the return has not been authorized. Once you have received the confirmation email, the weaves, closures or wigs can be shipped back to the address we provided.
If you chose a credit refund, we will send you an email with your unique credit shopping code which you will use when placing a new order.
The collection and return to our offices can take up to 5 working days and 9 days for outlying / Regional areas from the date the return has been authorized.
Once we have received the returned item(s) the items will be inspected before the return and refund will be processed and store credit initiated. You will receive a cash refund or store credit (your choice) for the rand value of the product you paid. Authorized refunds can take up to 8 working days to reflect depending on the method of refund and banking institutions from the date the items were received and approved.
When returning an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with labels and tags attached, and mail your return to the following address:
